We want to assure our customers that we are monitoring the current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute of Health (NIH) and World Health Organization (WHO) as well as our local government. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our ultimate priority. We have added some active measures to protect everyone that we have contact with in person or through our contact with vehicles.
Our stores are always sanitized nightly by disinfecting pens, clipboards, displays, door handles, light switches, lobby chairs and counters. We will add the step of wiping down any chair that has contact with any person after they leave. So, every chair and countertop you come into will be freshly sanitized.
We will wipe your keys, door switches and steering wheel with a Clorox wipe. Please remove any personal belongings that will inhibit the installers access to complete the work. Ie; belongings in back seat. Please make us aware if you have any sensitivity to clorox or the use of Lysol.
We have made it mandatory that any employee that presents with a fever to remain home. All employees will wash hands frequently before and after contact. We are stocked with hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests.
